The extension - Rotary Machine RV 20/9

The machining possibilities of the RV 20/9 Flexmaster for workpieces and part families are even more encompassing. Workpieces from rods or press blanks up to 25 mm diameter can be machined at seven machining stations each to the left and right of the clamping plate and another four stations for traverse machining. When feeding as single parts, diameters of up to 50 mm are possible.
The demands of the Flexmaster concept were consistently developed further, also for the development of this rotary indexing machine: also the RV 20/9 Flexmaster guarantees the highest economic efficiency even for the smallest of batches. Thanks to a multi-purpose machine concept, our customers are ensured a meaningful investment in the future that is based on the newest technical standards. A unique option from WINEMA: in order to quickly set up the RV 20/9 Flexmaster for the end machining of tool families with large differences in length, both unit carriers can be designed as carriages and can be conceived as CNC axes. Within seconds a complete end machining can thus be set to a different parts length, without changing the adjusted machining paths.
