The Multi-Talent - Rotary Machine RV 40

For the first time, the RV Flexmaster now makes it possible to use highly flexible three-axis units for end machining. One can thus make eccentric bores, bores on a pitch circle, as well as multi-edged and contour cutting. In addition to machining round and profile material from bars, it is also possible to machine inserts. These can also be inserted fully automatically with robots or handling systems. The massive indexing table has 9 powerfully dimensioned two-jaw chucks. The clamping force can be adjusted hydraulically and can be up to 30 KN.
As is the case for the smaller series, the very high indexing accuracy of the indexing table is provided permanently via Hirth teeth in the indexing drum. The very dynamic drives of the indexing table, as well as the machining units with their almost wear-free direct drives, reduce the non-machining times to under one second. A wide palette of expansion possibilities for the basic machine rounds off the overall concept of the RV 40 Flexmaster. The RV 40 Flexmaster is the consistent update of the WINEMA machine concept for larger workpieces. Depending on the level of expansion of the machine, up to 20 machinings can be carried out simultaneously. For bar machining, a typical workpiece diameter size lies between 25 mm and 50 mm.
